Most items are shipped domestically via Australia Post. 4WD World is not responsible for reshipping orders at our expense if incorrect details are provided.
Whilst 4WD World will not be held responsible for any orders lost by the postal service, we will make every attempt to get your package to you in a safe and timely manner and will assist with tracking.
While we maintain high stock levels, there may be instances where an item is out of stock. If we are unable to fill an order we will make contact with you within one business day of the order being placed and you can choose to place the item on back order, replace with items that are in stock or cancel the order and be refunded.
